Jeniffer Paxtle Granjeno grew up in Hidalgo Mexico and immigrated with her family to Kentucky in 2009. She graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in 2018 as a first-generation student. She earned her BA in Spanish with a minor in Mathematics.

Hi all! My name is Lauren Pankratz and I graduated with my Bachelors degree in Psychology and Spanish from EKU in 2019. I am currently pursuing a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from EKU and I work for the Department of Educational Leadership and Counselor Education here on campus as a Graduate Assistant.
