Digital Signature Instructions


Instructions for downloading forms and setting up digital signatures.

  1.  Go to
  2. Click on Forms located on the left side  (Google Chrome seems to work best)
  3. Click on Change Major (PDF file) etc.
  4. In upper right corner you should see ↓ click on arrow to download
  5. Save to Desktop
  6.  Once you have saved to Desktop, right click on the form
  7. Choose “Open with”
  8. Choose “Acrobat Adobe Reader”
  9. The form will populate and you will see the fillable blue boxes.  The blue box with Signature should have a red arrow that looks like a pencil. 
  10. For first time users when you click on the signature line, it will ask you to “Configure Digital Signature”. 
  11. Follow the prompts to create your signature.
