Dr. Randi Polk named CLASS 2019 Outstanding Mentor and Teacher

Dr. Randi Polk, Associate Professor of French at EKU, has been named College of Letters, Arts, and Social Sciences 2019 Outstanding Mentor and Teaching award recipient.  The committee admired her positive and nurturing relationships with her students, her willingness to guide other faculty, and her work as a Faculty Innovator.  The comments from students and colleagues were both moving and impressive.  Dr. Polk will be recognized at the College Convocation in August and will receive a plaque.  She will also receive an award of $500.
