EKU Spanish Certificate Student Bailey Cox Receives NSAISS "Student Subject Matter Expert Award"

During the last two weeks of the 2017 summer semester, EKU Homeland Security senior and Certificate in Spanish recipient Bailey Cox attended the annual National Security Analysis and Intelligence Summer Seminar (NSAISS) hosted by the U.S. Intelligence Community (IC).   The opportunity was provided through the Bluegrass State Intelligence Community Center of Academic Excellence (BGS IC CAE), which is led by Eastern Kentucky University and funded through the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). This seminar consisted of two different segments that acclimated future IC employees to the world of intelligence.
